Discover one of Western Australia’s most extraordinary nature-based retreat venues.
For the first time, Karijini Eco Retreat will open a small number of retreat windows for experienced facilitators in 2027.
Only six to eight retreats will be selected across the entire season. Each retreat will run for three to five nights, with a maximum of 16 guests.
This is not simply a venue for hire.
It is an invitation to create something that could only happen here, within a two-billion-year-old landscape of ancient gorges, spring-fed pools, red earth and expansive dark skies.
We are looking for retreat hosts who understand that Karijini is not simply the backdrop to the program. The landscape is part of the experience.
Register your details now and we will email you the Retreat Host Prospectus when the Expression of Interest launches next week.
It will include available dates, retreat rates, accommodation details, host criteria and information about the application process.
RETREAT CRITERIA
Who we are looking for
We are seeking experienced retreat leaders, practitioners and hosts who can create thoughtful,
professionally delivered programs that help guests slow down, reconnect and engage meaningfully with
place.
Your work may include:
· Yoga, meditation, breathwork or movement
· Nature connection and deep nature immersion
· Sleep, stillness and slow travel
· Digital detox or silent retreat experiences
· Burnout recovery, reset and restoration
· Women’s wellbeing or solo wellness journeys
· Creativity, leadership or personal development
· Corporate wellness
· Stargazing and night-sky experiences
· Other complementary practices suited to the setting
More important than the discipline itself is the quality of the experience, the professionalism of the host and their ability to work respectfully within a remote, culturally significant and environmentally sensitive location.
The hosts who will thrive here
We are particularly interested in facilitators who:
· Have experience designing and delivering multi-day retreats
· Bring an established community or engaged audience
· Create inclusive, well-structured and professionally managed programs
· Value nature, place and cultural respect
· Understand the responsibilities of hosting in a remote environment
· Prioritise guest wellbeing, safety and genuine connection
· See Karijini as an active part of the retreat, not simply the venue
Karijini Eco Retreat is best suited to hosts who want to create something deeper than a standard wellness escape. This is an opportunity to deliver a retreat shaped by ancient landscape, adventure, open space and perspective, giving guests an experience they could not have anywhere else.

Professionally designed programs supporting restoration, reflection and renewed perspective.
Solo Wellness Journeys:
Welcoming, well-supported retreat experiences designed with solo travellers, particularly women, in mind.
Mindfulness and Movement:
